This Privacy Policy explains how Electronics Toolkit ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the App. By installing or using Electronics Toolkit, you agree to the terms described below.

Electronics Toolkit does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information. The developer of Electronics Toolkit does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information directly.

However, the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, which may collect and process the following data:

• Device or other IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID) - used for ad delivery and measurement.
• Approximate location - derived from network or IP address, used for ad targeting.
• App interactions - such as ad clicks and impressions, used for ad performance reporting.

3. Your Choices and Controls

• Reset or delete your Advertising ID - Open Android Settings, then Privacy, then Ads, then Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
• Opt out of personalized ads - In Android Settings, then Privacy, then Ads, toggle "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
• Limit ad tracking - On newer versions of Android, you can completely remove your advertising ID, which prevents personalized ad targeting.

4. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Electronics Toolkit saves the following data only on your device, never on any server controlled by the developer:

• Your last entered values for each calculator tool (so the App can pre-fill them next time you open the same tool)
• Your favourite tools list (the tools you have starred for quick access from the Home screen)
• Your recently opened tools list (used to populate the "Recent" section on the Home screen)

This data never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time by:

• Clearing the App's data through Android Settings, then Apps, then Electronics Toolkit, then Storage, then Clear data
• Uninstalling the App

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Because the developer does not collect or store any user data on any server, there is no developer-side data to retain or delete. All locally stored data (calculator inputs, favourites and recents) is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data through Android Settings.

6. Permissions

Electronics Toolkit requests the following Android permissions:

• INTERNET - required to load advertisements through Google AdMob.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - used by Google AdMob to check network connectivity before loading ads.
• com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID - declared by the Google Mobile Ads SDK for accessing the Android Advertising ID.

The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files, GPS location, or any other sensitive permissions.

7. Children's Privacy

Electronics Toolkit is intended for adult users (18 years and over), specifically electronics engineers, students, hobbyists and technicians. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

Electronics Toolkit is available worldwide. By using the App, you acknowledge that any data processed by Google AdMob may be transferred to and processed in countries where Google operates servers, including the United States.
